Project Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, and coordinate engineering activities throughout the project execution lifecycle
• Develop and maintain P&IDs, layouts, technical drawings, and comprehensive engineering documentation
• Create and review 2D and 3D design models in accordance with technical specifications
• Perform engineering studies and select appropriate equipment based on project requirements
• Coordinate technical interfaces between process, mechanical, automation, and electrical disciplines
• Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with project scope, quality standards, and timelines
• Participate in customer meetings and technical clarification discussions
• Support installation, commissioning, and project handover phases

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project or design engineering, preferably in process industries (dairy, food & beverages, chemicals, etc.)
• University degree in Mechanical, Food, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
• Strong CAD skills, specifically with AutoCAD Plant 3D
• Knowledge of engineering standards, GMP, and hygienic design principles (EHEDG)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel and strong awareness of health & safety practices
