Project Delivery Manager

About the Company

Lucidya is building the next generation of AI-powered customer experience solutions for enterprises across the MENA region. Our new AI Agents business line focuses on deploying intelligent, enterprise-grade AI agents that automate, assist, and augment customer-facing and operational workflows securely, reliably, and at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of AI agent pilots and enterprise deployments from initial scoping through go-live and stabilization.
• Translate high-level solution visions into clear delivery plans, structured backlogs, and predictable delivery rhythms.
• Manage cross-team dependencies between AI, engineering, data, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery tools (Jira, Trello, or Notion) as the single source of truth for tasks, blockers, and timelines.
• Oversee risk and change management, maintaining a RAID log to address technical and business risks.
• Coordinate UAT cycles, go-live readiness, and post-deployment stabilization.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation or technical project management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level projects involving multiple business and IT stakeholders.
• Proven experience with integrations, APIs, and data-driven workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside product and engineering teams.
• Technical literacy in reading API documentation and JSON payloads.
• Solid conceptual understanding of LLMs and AI agent workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in CX, contact centers, CRM, or customer-facing platforms.
• Experience with iterative AI delivery cycles, including experimentation and evaluation.
