Project Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Own each project end to end from diligence through design, production, install, and field construction
• Build and maintain the critical path across design, factory, install, and field to manage schedules
• Manage project budgets, track cost-to-complete, and protect margins
• Identify and mitigate risks early to prevent scope creep and compounding problems
• Establish stage gates, handoff standards, and reporting systems to track performance
• Coordinate across real estate operations, architects, production, and sales teams
• Drive quality control to reduce punch lists and rework through field verification
• Provide leadership with proactive updates on scope, plan, and specification changes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex residential or construction projects
• Direct experience with budget and schedule ownership
• Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership
• Experience building processes, playbooks, and reporting structures
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, ACC, or MS Project
• Strong working knowledge of residential building systems and site work
• High EQ and exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production homebuilding, manufactured/modular housing, or vertically integrated development
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or business
