Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects in the nuclear industry
• Manage internal teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources and resolving blockers
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts using tools like Microsoft Projects, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Act as the primary communication interface between internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendor partners
• Promote an AI-first mindset by leveraging automation and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers and engineers

Requirements

• Experience in project management of technical scopes
• Ability to drive end-to-end delivery of digital projects
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Projects, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet)
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and schedules
