Project Delivery Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a project manager, coordinating activities among various project participants and stakeholders
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, tasks, deliverables, issues, and risks
• Create detailed schedules, project progress reports, and other essential deliverables
• Define and maintain project reporting to track timelines, critical paths, and project health
• Support documentation of business and technical requirements and workflow analysis
• Manage project changes through effective participation in change control processes
• Prepare and deliver presentations and orchestrate stakeholder meetings
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure business needs are met
• Plan and carry out Strategic Planning and Execution initiatives

Requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to engage stakeholders and achieve alignment against a plan
• Familiarity with technology and a desire to learn
• Excellent communication and analysis skills
• Experience or strong aptitude for planning and process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise good judgment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Asset or investment management knowledge and experience
