Project & Data Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and ongoing development for the School of Social Work internship database.
• Manage data collection, cleaning, and analysis to support the integrity of the online database.
• Lead program evaluation and survey design, including prioritizing key metrics for assessment.
• Serve as a resource and consultant for the School of Social Work regarding data and evaluation information.
• Support accreditation compliance (CSWE and Higher Learning Commission) through data reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with University IT and database platform support to resolve software glitches and technical issues.
• Design evaluation plans and conduct quality assurance of departmental data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or social science field.
• 1-3 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS.
• Strong skills in research design and survey research design.
• Ability to communicate complex technical results to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in social work settings.
• Experience with academic program review and assessment of student learning.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
