Project Data Analyst (PSO)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of PSO Coordinators to support multiple projects across the product development lifecycle
• Own and deliver enterprise-grade reports and dashboards using Power BI and Smartsheet
• Drive PMO digitization by building Power Apps and using Power Automate to eliminate repetitive manual tasks
• Establish automated data flows and reporting pipelines using Power Query and DAX
• Oversee project planning, tracking, financials, and documentation control to ensure alignment with PMO standards
• Standardize PMO reporting cadence, templates, and governance models to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 12+ years of total professional experience, with at least 8+ years in Project Management, PMO, or Product Development environments
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, advanced MS Excel, and Smartsheet
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLM) processes
• Experience leading small teams and managing cross-functional programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile credentials
• Experience with PLM or Document Control systems, specifically Windchill
