Project Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the Project Cybersecurity Management plan following Alstom processes and verify compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze project security needs, determine security objectives, and develop main security risk strategies.
• Plan security activities, estimate costs and durations, and manage all cybersecurity deliverables.
• Manage cybersecurity architecture, requirement allocation, and specify suitable countermeasures for non-acceptable risks.
• Perform cybersecurity risk analysis and establish the cybersecurity context for projects.
• Cascade requirements to suppliers and apply appropriate Cybersecurity Assurance Levels.
• Manage third-party risks and define cybersecurity operating procedures.
• Liaise with the mainline platform team and manage relationships with external cybersecurity auditors.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 2700X, 62443, ENS, NIS, and CRA.
• Proficiency with security solutions such as IAM, PKI, DLP, FW, IDS/IPS, and Antimalware.
• Experience with risk analysis methodologies and frameworks such as NIST, Ebios, or Pilar.
• Solid understanding of architecture concepts for systems, communication networks, and operating systems.
• High level of English proficiency (B2 or C1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the Railway sector or related heavy industries.
• Hands-on experience with the deployment of security technologies.
