Project Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage cybersecurity risk analyses, design, verification, and validation during project execution.
• Conduct cybersecurity needs studies based on client specifications.
• Support and guide project teams to ensure implementation within Alstom products and solutions in compliance with current standards.
• Act as the primary interface for project teams and clients regarding all cybersecurity matters.
• Manage the Quality, Cost, and Deadline (QCD) of cybersecurity activities and deliverables.
• Lead and pilot allocated resources for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification.
• Fluency in both written and spoken French.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Cybersecurity certification such as GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, or CISM.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity or the deployment of security technologies.
• Experience in QCD (Quality, Cost, Deadline) management.
• Strong communication, synthesis, and adaptability skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with embedded or industrial systems (e.g., railway transport, aeronautics).
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
