Project Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Set-up and control of cost reports, maintaining consistency across project portfolios for Capex and Opex costs
• Analyze and integrate cost estimates and forecasts from contractors and suppliers
• Document and communicate the probability of changes to the business
• Oversee invoice processing to ensure timely submission for payment
• Review cost impacts of changes and incorporate them into project control budgets and forecasts
• Develop, monitor, and maintain Monthly Project Cost Reports
• Handle ad hoc requests for data analysis and presentation materials
• Provide assistance to other Cost Controllers as required

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent
• RICS membership or equivalent
• Experience in cost engineering within Industrial, Manufacturing, Life Science, or Oil & Gas sectors
• Experience in team cost controlling on large-scale projects preferred
• Demonstrated ability to balance and organize multiple projects or assignments
• Strong communication skills
