Project Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage CAPEX budget construction in collaboration with engineering, procurement, and project managers
• Implement cost structures (WBS/CBS) and develop Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts
• Track commitments, actual expenditures, and remaining to engage (RTE)
• Perform variance analysis (planned vs. actual) and monitor engineering, procurement, and construction costs
• Manage change orders, amendments, and cost drifts
• Update S-curves, performance indicators, and margins
• Produce monthly reports including PSR, KPIs, and cash-flow forecasts
• Act as a key interface between finance, engineering, planning, procurement, and construction
• Identify and quantify financial risks and propose corrective actions

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree (Master's level)
• Engineering degree (Generalist, Industrial, or Process) or a degree in Management Control/Finance
• Strong technical interest or background in the petrochemical sector
