About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure the evolution of administrative activities related to ILM and Hospitality sales
- Assist account managers in sales execution and maintain constant communication
- Process requests for proposals, letters, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Request and follow up on project estimates
- Issue service requests for Hospitality purposes
- Coordinate activities related to the modernization of Vidéotron's wired network
- Coordinate and follow up on requests sent to partner teams
- Manage contract tracking, status updates, and returns
- Provide support for the Consona system
- Ensure all documents comply with the limitation of authority policy (PLA)
- Analyze cancellation requests and calculate penalty fees when required
- Coordinate the approval process for sector projects
- Support the drafting of measurement reports for management
Requirements
- DEC in administration or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar functions
- Ability to manage multiple files and simultaneous activities
- Strong sense of initiative and organization
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including clients, employees, and engineering teams
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
