Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager by managing project documentation, task logs, and project management platforms.
• Coordinate project meetings, including room booking, attendee liaison, and recording minutes/actions.
• Assist in chasing information from managers and contractors required for progress reports.
• Maintain and manage project records, commercial documents, and the project intranet.
• Establish processes for recording site progress via web-cams and photographs for marketing use.
• Track work packages, changes, contra charges, and team holiday schedules to support resource planning.
• Provide administrative support for training on document management systems like Aconex.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar administrative or project coordination role.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Eligibility to obtain a passport.
• Ability to travel 30-50% depending on project needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism and the ability to build relationships with managers and executives.
