Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of people management and HR-related projects
• Manage deployment checks to ensure all processes are completed properly
• Monitor advisor attendance and ensure timely arrival at client sites
• Conduct weekly follow-ups with advisors regarding their work progress
• Review and validate monthly objectives submitted by advisors to clients
• Manage internal systems and maintain high utilization rates
• Oversee resource allocation to ensure the right personnel are matched with the right clients
• Prepare status reports, track deliverables, and identify potential project risks or delays

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or a related field
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong project coordination skills, including task tracking and scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction
• Proficiency in MS Office and various productivity or project management platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity based in Nasr City/Giza

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR, consulting, or people management solutions
• Previous experience working within the MENA region
