Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of internal and external communications, including annual reports, technical bulletins, and social media content.
• Manage digital platforms such as websites, podcasts, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate workshops, meetings, and conferences, including marketing, venue selection, catering, and AV logistics.
• Prepare quarterly progress reports for the USDA regarding lab project milestones.
• Support student researchers in developing written reports and social media presence.
• Produce multimedia content including videos and graphics using various production tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Television, Radio, and Film or a related field.
• Proven experience in production, marketing, and communications within a research or professional organization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and digital management tools.
• Knowledge of sustainability, biobased products, and environmental policy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Information Management and Technology.
• Experience managing external communications for university-based research.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Tableau, MailerLite, or web technologies (HTML/CSS).
