About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform project administration duties including scheduling via Gantt Charts and Trello
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams
- Organize and run project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist Project Managers in defining project plans, milestones, and resource requirements
- Maintain project and resource schedules
- Prepare and provide status reports
- Assist with identifying scope changes and drafting change requests
- Participate in continuous improvement programs and team building events
Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand business processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Growth mindset
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or CRM knowledge
- Previous Agile experience
- Experience working within Professional Services companies
