Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently and safely loaded, transported, stored, lifted, and shipped
• Assist the Project Manager in account management and Accounts Payable collections
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Proactively communicate resource needs and contact suppliers for updates
• Verify product quantities, dimensions, trucking requirements, and dates
• Ensure Service Providers uphold quality service and collect offload records
• Set up contractors and stakeholders in logistics software and tracking sheets
• Manage timely billing for loadouts, trucking, offloads, and storage
• Purchase and communicate necessary permits in compliance with State, County, and MHA
• Support the Project Manager in maximizing market share, revenue, and profit

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, mathematical, and reasoning skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
