Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
• Track productivity, costs, and progress on the Ontario Line South project
• Report site work activities and implement quality control checks
• Assist with preparation and submission of as-built and design drawings
• Perform quantity take-offs and provide project analysis to management
• Review, create, and present job cost reports and month-end reconciliation data
• Maintain files, correspondence, and contract documents
• Generate procurement lists, RFIs, change orders, and permitting information
• Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, clients, contractors, and internal departments

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Enrolled in a formal co-op program at an accredited college or university
• Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings and documents
• Sound computer skills in Office 365 and ability to use AutoCAD
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills and ability to work in a team

About the Company

Ontario Transit Group (OTG) is a joint venture of Ferrovial Construction Canada Inc. and VINCI Construction Grands Projects, undertaking the design, build, and finance of the Ontario Line Southern Civil, Stations, and Tunnel package. The project includes a six-kilometer tunnel and seven stations, with completion anticipated in 2030.
