Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal departments to track and report on progress and deviations from the Project Production Schedule
• Maintain and track detailed project budgets and communicate financial status to appropriate departments
• Monitor actual performance against budget and report variances to the Project Manager
• Review and approve material purchases and third-party service contracts
• Maintain project action lists and assist with project documentation management
• Prepare and submit regular reports detailing project status
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers with work order writing, supplier follow-up, and other project execution tasks

Requirements

• BS Degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, or an equivalent role
• Knowledge of contracts and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic mathematical skills
