Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities, including the creation of work orders, bills of materials, route sheets, and shop packs
• Review sales orders and material requirements to ensure timely availability
• Assist with procurement activities, such as obtaining quotations, raising purchase requisitions, and issuing purchase orders
• Liaise with Production, Logistics, Quality Control, and vendors to monitor project progress and delivery schedules
• Track vendor performance, expedite deliveries, and provide weekly progress reports to customers and sales teams
• Maintain technical documentation, project records, risk registers, and document control processes via Master Control
• Manage ERP system tasks including creating part numbers, issuing materials, and closing completed jobs in GLOVIA
• Support Engineering Project Managers and Project Engineers with administrative and project-related tasks
• Participate in Quality and EHS audits to ensure compliance with company management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of project coordination experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM)
• Experience with MS Project or Asana
