Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming client inquiries and provide technical/design assistance
• Price requests based on market conditions and profit guidelines
• Process orders and prepare fabrication documents
• Coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Purchase and maintain inventory of required hardware and ancillary materials
• Collaborate with Sales to grow accounts and report market conditions
• Assist Project Managers and other personnel as needed

Requirements

• Experience in glass or metal sales, manufacturing, or construction/project management preferred
• Ability to read and understand architectural blueprints and specifications
• Strong mathematical skills including fractions, decimals, metric, and geometry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in dynamic situations
