Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity, compliance, and standards across CSBU projects within Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
• Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues within project information.
• Support Portfolio Managers and Project Managers with project charter creation, setup, and documentation.
• Maintain project management master data through regular validations and audits against systems like SAP.
• Develop and maintain portfolio reports to track project progress, resource alignment, and compliance.
• Create work instructions, process documentation, and training materials for project management tools.
• Support user onboarding and training to drive adoption of project management standards.
• Provide operational and coordination support to the CSBU Director of Project Management and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1 year of experience in project management or within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Ability to communicate technical project details effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work early mornings or evenings to accommodate global meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong oral and written English communication skills with experience conducting calls with overseas stakeholders.
• Experience presenting project information to Executive Leadership.
• Experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications.
