Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Organize and assist in managing the full development portfolio for battery storage assets
• Work with Project Managers to prepare action plans, manage budgets, and monitor resources
• Manage electronic filing systems and maintain consistent documentation disciplines
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project status updates
• Manage key dates across legal, grid connection, planning, and logistics workstreams
• Assist in maintaining relationships with landowners and ensuring legal obligations are met
• Support grid connection activities, including BEGA and BCA applications
• Assist in the acquisition and disposal process by managing data rooms and due diligence
• Support the project handover process once assets achieve ready-to-build status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or an energy-related field
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• 1 year of experience in utility-scale renewable energy project development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have the right to work in the UK

• Experience with digitalization and data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
