Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Transformational Youth Hub by conducting regional needs assessments and identifying community resources.
• Act as a Systems Change Facilitator, ensuring all project work aligns with the priorities of the NYS Department of Justice.
• Oversee the peer mentoring program, including recruitment, procedure creation, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Organize professional development opportunities for school personnel, recreation centers, families, and clergy.
• Facilitate quarterly advisory board meetings, including agenda setting and feedback integration.
• Coordinate with project partners to streamline resources, distribute funds, and manage accountability reports.
• Prepare quarterly logs and expenditure reports within required deadlines.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Expertise in systems change using principles of implementation science.
• Experience providing professional development and/or technical assistance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for interacting with families, agencies, and government personnel.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout New York City and work occasional nights or weekends.
