Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to the installation and removal of large bulk cryogenic and Carbon Dioxide storage tanks in Eastern Canada
• Supervise Service Technicians responsible for the installation and maintenance of storage tanks and supporting equipment
• Coordinate with the Inventory Manager to ensure all necessary project parts are acquired on time
• Ensure all projects meet provincial jurisdictional code requirements by following the Linde Quality Control Manual
• Facilitate communication between customers, Account Managers, and Service Technicians
• Provide project quotations and estimates for piping service projects at customer facilities
• Track and control project costs in collaboration with the department financial accountant
• Remain available to troubleshoot customer issues and answer calls during non-business hours

Requirements

• Certified Engineering Technologist or 5+ years of experience with cryogenic equipment
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and civil construction drawings
• Bilingualism in French and English is required
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with various software programs
• Confidence in delivering presentations to both customers and internal staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within ABSA or other Canadian jurisdictions
