Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control small engineering projects (typically under $10 million) in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Manage client expectations regarding contractual requirements and maintain day-to-day communication to ensure satisfaction
• Oversee the three critical aspects of project execution: Quality, Schedule, and Cost, while maintaining strict adherence to safety and HSSE standards
• Develop and implement complete Project Execution Plans and maintain project risk registers with mitigation strategies
• Manage project financials, including invoicing, payment collection, vendor invoice approvals, and budget management
• Coordinate with various KBR offices, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Prepare estimates and provide technical inputs for commercial proposals to support business development efforts
• Facilitate client and internal meetings, including Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and project close-out reports

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering
• 7-15 years of related experience in project coordination or engineering project management
• Proven expertise in project execution planning and financial management
• Strong skills in client communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and flexibility to work across different time zones
• Proficiency in risk management and maintaining quality and safety compliance
