Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute processes for tracking installations, prospects, customer inquiries, quotes, and scheduling
• Manage permitting processes for each project
• Maintain and report on scheduled installs, coordinating with install teams, permits, and inspections
• Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure proper equipment, materials, and team allocation
• Create process documentation and training materials for new team members
• Participate in business system selection and configuration for efficient customer flows
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality

Requirements

• PMP or related training preferred
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of developing project plans for construction or related tasks
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
