About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure, maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation points to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate daily activities and act as a bridge between business units, IT, and external vendor teams.
  • Organize and document project meetings, workshops, and status calls.
  • Prepare essential project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and status reports.
  • Coordinate SIT/UAT cycles, collect user feedback, and track defects for resolution.
  • Support audit, compliance documentation, and post-implementation stabilization activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT.
  • 7-12 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and governance processes.
  • Proficiency in Process Auditing and Power BI.
  • Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing processes (billing, tax compliance) and ERP systems is an advantage.
