Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative aspects of projects including vendor management, subcontractor compliance, and procurement
• Coordinate delivery schedules for materials and equipment to ensure they arrive at job sites on schedule
• Maintain critical project documentation including Change Orders, Material Logs, and RFI logs
• Generate and update computerized project schedules and labor tracking
• Support the bidding process by assisting with RFPs and project submittals
• Attend project meetings and record detailed meeting minutes
• Perform take-offs from project plans and complete permit application processes
• Communicate project status and material availability to customers and internal staff

Requirements

• Proven project administration experience within the technology or construction industries
• Background in office or business support roles
• Experience assisting with large, complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
• Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills in English
