Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain all project documentation, including files, records, and reports, in accordance with SOPs and scope of work.
• Assist with periodic reviews and audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and track information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies for assigned projects.
• Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in project tracking data, timesheet coding, and expense data.
• Prepare and distribute status, tracking, and project finance reports.
• Assist project managers with budget allocation and invoice approvals.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate project team and customer meetings, including logistics and required materials.
• Serve as a primary backup contact for internal teams and external stakeholders as designated.
• Train and mentor junior project support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a clinical research or project support environment.
• Knowledge of job area principles, theories, and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
