Project Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation, Program, and Project managers across various domains
• Drive project and program delivery through the adoption of company standard tools and methodologies
• Manage tool set-up, access control, and maintenance for platforms such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Salesforce
• Track and monitor project statuses, following up on outstanding items and past-due tasks with leadership
• Ensure all reports, dashboards, and systems are updated with accurate financial, planning, and resource information
• Maintain resource forecasts in coordination with Regional Resourcing and Financial teams
• Monitor project risks, issues, decisions, and action logs to ensure timely resolution and escalation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Background in a Project Coordinator, PMO, or equivalent role (e.g., business administration, quality control)
• Fluency in English (written and oral) with a good level of Spanish
• Proficiency with MS Office and professional project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
• Experience working within a global, multi-cultural organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with high-level management
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain confident under pressure
