Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of large customer projects with moderate complexity and localized or sub-regional significance.
• Coordinate corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to plan and implement solutions.
• Manage project financials, including profit and loss (P&L), ensuring adherence to approved budgets and accurate forecasting.
• Lead project teams of fewer than 20 individuals, fostering skill development and managing both internal and external resources.
• Establish and cultivate client relationships at middle and upper management levels.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities within ongoing projects.
• Analyze complex business and systems processes to address customer issues effectively.
• Perform project scoping, risk mitigation, and dependency identification.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of professional work experience, preferably in project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience with project scoping and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in project documentation and management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience working within HP Services business units or on HP global projects.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Scrum methodologies.
