About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the transition of operational responsibility for Managed Services from customers to HP
- Oversee hardware and software orders, including tracking, escalation, and delivery coordination
- Coordinate installations and confirm completion of all deployment activities
- Track project status, Plan of Record (POR), and budget requirements
- Manage customer relationships and handle potential escalations
- Facilitate the contract turnover from the transition phase to steady-state operations
- Coordinate and integrate work efforts across large, multi-function, and multi-vendor project teams
Requirements
- First Level University degree
- Proven experience in project management or similar professional roles
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Excellent English communication skills
- Moderate knowledge of the IT and services industry
- Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Project and project documentation
- Skills in risk management, mitigation, and process improvement
- Ability to lead teams and influence management to define customer needs
