Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of large customer projects with moderate complexity and localized or sub-regional significance.
• Coordinate corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to plan and implement solutions.
• Manage project financials, including profit and loss (P&L), ensuring adherence to approved budgets and providing accurate forecasts.
• Lead project teams of fewer than 20 individuals, fostering skill development and managing both internal and external resources.
• Cultivate client relationships at middle and upper management levels, serving as a primary organizational representative.
• Identify new business opportunities within ongoing projects and support the assessment of complex opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and implement closed-loop feedback to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engagement teams to ensure customer needs are accurately reflected and met.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of professional work experience, preferably in project management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and managing complex business processes.
• Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies, and project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
