About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support by maintaining project and milestone data across multiple systems
- Coordinate workflows, approvals, and generate development reports
- Manage sample orders, tracking, and inventory to ensure they meet specifications and timelines
- Handle intellectual property-sensitive materials securely
- Maintain document control, revision tracking, and operational templates
- Identify workflow improvements and standardize processes
