About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and deliver status reports, timelines, issues, risks and action items to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans for LIMS system implementation and functionality enhancements
- Lead operational projects including new laboratory builds
- Coordinate implementation of quality software platforms across food laboratories
- Perform technical review of incoming work
- Manage vendors for sub-contracted work and research additional vendor options
- Manage all aspects of large client requests for proposal (RFP)
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or closely related field
- 2+ years of laboratory experience
- Proficiency with LIMS and Client Portal systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel)
- Advanced English language skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
