Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of signage projects from start to finish
• Track project timelines, schedules, and key milestones
• Support preparation and updates of quotes, proofs, and project documentation
• Maintain organized project files and ensure information is up to date
• Learn and support zoning research and permit application processes
• Communicate updates between internal teams including sales, design, production, and installation
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for materials and services
• Respond to basic client inquiries and provide status updates
• Assist in checking project details for accuracy and completeness
• Support receiving and inventory checks to confirm materials are correct

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office or similar
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in business or communications
• Interest in project coordination, operations, or the signage/printing industry
