About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and requirements
  • Develop and manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms
  • Act as the main point of contact for all event-related inquiries and updates
  • Manage event setup and execution to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate event staff and volunteers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or project management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
