Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support IT project planning, execution, and delivery
• Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and report to project managers
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and documentation for IT projects
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors
• Manage project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes

Requirements

• Saudi National
• 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination
• Strong understanding of IT implementations including cybersecurity, network, and ITAM
• Proficiency in ZOHO Projects and Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management abilities
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
