Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor submission, validity, and expiry of supplier and subcontractor guarantees including Performance Bonds and Advance Payment Guarantees
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement for timely renewal of expiring guarantees
• Track and maintain records for supplier Letters of Credit (LCs)
• Review supplier and subcontractor invoices for compliance with company policies and VAT regulations
• Maintain a centralized tracker for all supplier invoices and guarantees
• Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with Procurement, Projects, and Finance teams
• Coordinate with Finance to monitor supplier payment status and cash flow
• Prepare periodic expense forecasts and cash flow reports for Management
• Support Procurement Management in negotiating improved payment terms and commercial arrangements
• Ensure all procurement documentation and payment trackers are properly archived for audit purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Excellent report preparation and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
