Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform integral diagnosis of project financial situations and reconstruct budgets for ongoing projects
• Identify executed costs, pending costs, and future financial commitments
• Reconcile contractual, budgetary, financial, and operational project information
• Validate correspondence between reported hours, assigned resources, and imputed costs
• Execute detailed reviews of contracts, deliverables, invoicing, and payment commitments
• Coordinate cost analysis for personnel, suppliers, and operating expenses
• Implement cost monitoring mechanisms and analyze budgetary deviations
• Ensure application of corporate financial guidelines and governance standards
• Prepare financial information for internal and external audits

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of general experience in project financial control, project controls, cost control, or project finance
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience in financial reconciliation, budgetary analysis, and cost control
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or transport projects is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Finance and Project Controls
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP tools like SAP
• Project management expertise under PMI standards
