Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure project continuity
• Assist with financial coordination, including client invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reporting
• Manage critical project documentation such as contracts, technical submissions, and official correspondence
• Organize key meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items with internal teams
• Provide operations support through accurate timesheet tracking and project data entry

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Recent Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
