Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers on shop drawings, project correspondence, and billing
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Set up and maintain files on sold projects
• Prepare and submit monthly progress billings
• Process project paperwork including contracts, subcontracts, and lien waivers
• Create and manage purchase orders and change orders
• Obtain quotes from vendors and track material
• Assist in creating submittal documents

Requirements

• Construction management degree or two years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer
• Experience in construction, service, sub-contracting, or property management
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
• Strong communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills
