About the role
Responsibilities
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, and resource allotment
- Establish work plan outlines with staff and assign duties
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting to team members
- Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Review staff status reports and implement necessary changes
Requirements
- Two years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer in construction, service, or property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Mechanically minded or inclined
- Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills

- Construction Management Degree
