Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities and financial management, including supplier invoice bookings and client billing, for mega project EPC clients.
• Monitor work performance and ensure operational protocols are followed through regular weekly meetings with the operations team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for RFIs regarding operational activities, duty exemptions, customs, and permits.
• Participate in client operational meetings and support sales and business development initiatives.
• Verify RFQ responses from the operations team according to company limits.
• Coordinate with Project and Operations Managers to establish procedures and protocols during project kick-offs.
• Oversee container deposit closures and maintain close liaison with the administration and finance teams.
• Manage records for duty exemptions and refunds in cooperation with customs specialists and brokers.
• Ensure all branch activities comply with QHSE directives and support QHSES initiatives.
• Assist branch management with insurance claims, monthly file closing, and cash flow management.
