About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and work plans
- Coordinate between design, MEP, and site execution teams
- Act as a primary link between the site team, vendors, and consultants
- Track daily and weekly progress to highlight potential delays or risks
- Ensure drawings, BOQs, and specifications are available on-site
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, MOMs, and progress reports
- Support QA/QC checks and ensure compliance with safety requirements
- Assist in contractor billing verification and project handover processes
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of interior fit-out and MEP services
- Strong understanding of technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills for email and site coordination
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience with MS Project
