Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, creative initiatives, and website content projects
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of project plans
• Review project briefs and translate them into clear deliverables, timelines, and requirements
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, Production, Strategy, and Account teams
• Track creative deliverables, feedback cycles, approvals, and production timelines
• Manage project communications, status updates, and risk mitigation
• Assist with scheduling meetings, capturing notes, and managing follow-ups
• Maintain project trackers and ensure documentation is accurate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in creative, advertising, marketing, or digital agency environments
• Experience coordinating creative deliverables like campaign assets or social media content
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, Workfront)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to digital execution environments and website content updates
• Comfort using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot)
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Designers and Strategists
