About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex project transportation moves including rail, barge, ocean, and air operations.
  • Drive solutions and pricing for project moves and conduct analytics on project performance and KPIs.
  • Manage project administration, including KPI reporting, invoicing, and tracking progress against contractual milestones.
  • Track shipment progress and maintain communication with customs brokers, clients, and EPCM partners.
  • Prepare essential documentation such as dock receipts, bills of lading, and export declarations.
  • Act as a central control hub to coordinate activities from outlying offices to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with stations and clients to provide continuous updates on project timelines and shipment options.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years of Industrial Project or Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms and Import/Export processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with H/L and ODC cargo handling.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
