About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Track productivity, costs, and progress on Ontario Line South
- Report site work activities and implement quality control
- Assist in the coordination and submission of as-built and design drawings
- Assist in quantity take-offs and provide project analysis to management
- Review and present job cost reports and assist with month-end reconciliation
- Maintain files, correspondence, and review contract documents
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, owners, clients, and contractors
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Enrolled in a formal co-op program at an accredited college or university
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to use AutoCAD
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
