Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record action items
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including scope documents and change requests
• Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, sales, procurement, and finance
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on routine coordination and scheduling
• Support procurement and logistics follow-up for project materials and licenses
• Assist with project financial administration including monitoring invoices and cost records
• Prepare regular project dashboards and summary reports for management
• Support testing, handover, and customer acceptance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support
• Experience in IT, systems integration, or technology services
• Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or software projects in the GCC/Oman
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation
